HONOR and REMEMBER Flag
Sir Duck presenting the coin of the Liberty Bell to George Lutz (bottom picture). Mr. Lutz is traveling the country to make awareness of a new flag (top picture) to honor the fallen of all wars. He has traveled 42 states, including Hawaii and Alaska before coming to Texas in his mobile home traveling over 20,000 miles. His journey will end on Veterans Day this November, 2010.
His goal is for this flag to be congressionally and military sanctioned as a permanent symbol to fly continuously in eternal honor and remembrance of fallen military service men and women.
On Dec 29, 2005, his son George Anthony Lutz II was killed by a sniper's bullet in Fallujah, Iraq.
Mr. Lutz needed some way not only to honor his son but others who gave their lives to help keep this country free. Traveling across the country to make awareness of this flag is away in healing the pain he and other Gold Star families face daly.
You can help in this great mission by going to his webstie: www.HonorandRemember.org for more information and to sign the petition to be presented to Congress.
